    I want to setup an IPTV service for thousands of users.  I want to be able to setup packages of channels for free channels from Satellite and also VOD.  I have been through 100's of pages regarding complete solutions and all available set top boxes.

    I am not sure which one is a reliable solution that will be not too complicated to setup.  Anyone has an idea or has experience with setting up a solution.  Any input would be great.
